Executive Coaching Client Testimonials
Christine Paul Tetrault, Leadership Development HR, Career Management, Executive Coaching, Harvard Business School: “Kathryn’s strategies are delivered concisely, are easy to digest and actionable. A good use of your time to get back time of your own!”
Judith Leary, Founder & President|IdentityForce: “Kathryn helped me become mindful of my priorities and helped me organize my time in a way that fit my style. She taught me systems and tools that worked for me. The biggest thing I learned from Kathryn is that it’s impossible to control everything and be happy. Now I realize I can’t change the past but I can control what I think and feel and how I spend my time. I also learned it’s not about how hard you work, but how smart you work. I’ve learned not to take on so much and to take charge of my time. I’m learning to protect my boundaries, to tell others what I need from them and to ask for help. Coaching helped me see what I’m capable of. I’m finally happy and I understand myself better. This has been a great experience for me. Kathryn is not only a great coach she’s also become a friend.“
Kit Colbert, VP & CTO Cloud Platform, VMware: “I worked with Kathryn to optimize how I spend my time and to focus on getting the high priority tasks done while at the same time leaving time for a healthy work/life balance. This coaching process has been worth the time spent practicing all the things we talked about. I had a lot of these things in my head but Kathryn provided me with the systems and tools to improve my time management skills to gain 2 hours of productive time each day. It’s been very helpful to make it more formal. Now I’m making these processes and best practices my own, so I can actually live them.“
Jakub Kucharzyk, Associate, Nixon Peabody, LLC: “Coaching with Kathryn gave me practical tools to add structure to my day for accomplishing important projects, managing email and phone calls. Kathryn taught me strategies for setting realistic goals, communicating effectively and setting time aside to manage distractions. She showed me solutions for using my commuting time more effectively too. This helps me get my day off to a good start so I can spend time on my top priorities.”
Executive Director, Harvard Business School: “The team is doing fabulously well. Their progress exceeded my expectations (and theirs as well); I couldn’t be more pleased! Their dedication to the process was impressive. I know it wasn’t easy, but they pushed through. Thank you for all you did to make it possible.”
Whit Collier, Associate Director, Private Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley: “You were instrumental in helping me in so many ways over the past couple of years, changing habits and patterns, prioritizing how I spend my time and appreciating what I have and who I am. You gave me insights and perspectives that are invaluable and that I couldn’t have learned on my own. Thank you!”
Mark Lynch, Vehicle & Transportation Specialist, Ford Motor Company: “Kathryn provided me with crystal clear direction for time management, communication and positive thinking…I felt inspired by our conversations. Jill Beck, Legal Recruiter, National Partner Search, LLC: “I have known Kathryn for many years, as a friend and as a coach. I always find that her passion for helping and guiding permeate our discussions no matter what the context. In addition, she possesses an intuitive sense that enlightens and an intellect that informs no matter what our discussion. I always leave an interaction with Kathryn with a better sense of direction and with a sense of peace. I highly recommend Kathryn as a coach!“

Our leadership and management process helps emphasize the unique potential of each client and provides a structure and process for their development. How we Helped Clients with Time Management Executive Coaching
The Partner of an Investment Bank was facing a variety of personal issues that were affecting his performance at work. He was overwhelmed by a sense of irrational fear, and wasn’t able to sleep due to repeated nightmares. He held deep-seated feelings of resentment toward colleagues and was addicted to negative thoughts and feelings. He was frustrated by his failed attempts to control the future. He felt responsible for his family’s happiness and was so consumed by work, that he never took time for himself. During the process of implementing time management executive coaching, we worked with him to change his mindset, to let go of things beyond his control that he couldn’t change and to develop an action plan with measurable goals to make better choices with his time and to change the things that were within his sphere of influence. We helped him relieve his stress and resulting fears and to let go of his feelings of guilt so he could take more time for his needs and create a better balance between his work and his personal life. He now experiences more success at work, better relationships with his family and colleagues and greater control over his time.
A Human Resources Manager came to McKinnon & Company unable to focus on her work. She was under enormous stress from her job and was emotionally paralyzed by a diagnosis of cancer even though the prognosis was excellent. We worked to help this manager focus on the more positive aspects of her life and helped her transform her attitude and her life. During her time management executive coaching sessions, she learned new strategies to use her time to shift her focus, create positive intentions and to focus on one day at a time. Her health improved dramatically and so did her level of stress. She remains caner-free and leads a healthy, productive life working in a job she enjoys.
A Marketing Consultant and Business Owner was unable to set realistic goals and was focused on too many priorities and unproductive activities that produced minimal results. With our Triple Your Time today proprietary time management executive coaching system, we showed her how to put some simple systems in place to help her do the right things at the right times. She learned how to focus on her goals and concentrate on what she wanted to accomplish. Her stress diminished as she learned how to keep track of her time, set priorities for her personal and professional life, and use marketing systems to leverage her time and improve her business results.
An Investment Management Executive needed to take an important exam for certification in her industry. Her workload and other priorities were not making it easy to find the time to study for the exam. Furthermore, she failed the exam once and found the information difficult to learn. We worked with her to determine her predominant learning style. During the time management executive coaching sessions, she started to apply her unique learning style to the task. The result was that she easily absorbed the material and quickly passed the exam. This made a profound difference to her career. She was promoted to a new assignment and is moving up steadily within the company.
The Owner and Operator of a Real Estate Business was dealing with too many personal distractions and had taken her focus off her business. She was living in a state of constant stress and overwhelm and her life was in chaos. As a result, her business performance was suffering. We helped her claim back her life. We taught her a time management executive coaching process to successfully regain mental clarity, shift her focus and reduce her stress to get her personal and professional life back on track. The following year was her most prosperous year ever, despite a downturn in the real estate market and the economy.
A University Faculty Member sought help in developing better personal and professional boundaries. With our Time Management Executive Coaching Signature System, we showed her how to respect her own time. She learned how to successfully set ground rules for her time with others, improve communication skills and create better work life balance to make more time for her needs.
